The Pre-Program Beginner Routine Hey Everyone, I'm starting up the beginner routine this upcoming Monday. I will be doing my workouts at my home gym and I have the following equipment.
-Bench with squat rack and benchpress rack
-Chin-up Bar
-Powerblock dumbbells
Now there are a few exercises on the workout that I cannot do from home as they require machines.
-Leg Press
-Calf Raises (standing), machine
-Wide Grip Lat-Pulldowns (to front), cable
I need alternatives for these exercises, please suggest what would work.
