Credits: 8,366 | I'm in the middle of week 20 of my workout program. First of all, I just want to say that I'm very proud of myself. Finally, on my third attempt since 2001, I've stuck with a program longer than 8 weeks. I'm very motivated and I'm really enjoying having progress and keeping my own promise. I want advice, though. I'm a lean 6'3" with basically no body fat on my arms or legs. It's all around my waist and abdomen (of course). I started on 12/11/08 and weighed in at 166 with 12.2% body fat. Most recently, on Monday, 4/27/09, I weighed in at 176 with 10.43% body fat. According to the composition tracker, in 20 weeks, I've gained 11.89 lbs. of muscle and lost 1.89 lbs. of body fat. I definitely can see beginnings of a change. I just want to make sure I'm on track. Can I gain faster? I would love to be a 12-week contest winner, but at this rate, it's just too slow. I'm following all supplementation advice by Anthony. If you were to corner me and ask me where I could improve, I would say 2 areas:
Other than that, I feel I'm doing a GREAT job at maintaining the program. |
