Credits: 3,245 | hey todays random thought: if growth hormone is released most during the first 30-70mins of sleep or the first 2hours of sleep, how long would you theoretically have to be awake to be able to go back to sleep and have the maximum GH release? could you sleep for 2 hours wake up then sleep another two hours etc...that way you would have 8 hours of maximum GH release when you sleep 8 hours. rather than just 2 hours of GH release and 6 hours of "catabolicness". what is the definition of being fully awake? as oppose to waking up for a quick piss and going straight back to sleep... or is the 6 hours of "catabolicness" when you body is using that GH to build muscle? does your body build muscle more during the first 2 hours of sleep or more in the follow time?what is the ideal lenght of time to sleep each nite, is 6 hours solid ok, or two 4 hour sleeps, or even 8 hours solid better? so many questions, lol i generally sleep 5-6 hour wake up for a pee and then sleep another 1.5 hours... i have been using GABA before bed to sleep deeper and maximize GH release, the shit is like valium, lol, make my face and hands tingle... i musta had a good sleep last nite cause my mind is in overdrive today, haha
