Credits: 5,000 | Hey everyone. Haven't been on here for a while, because I got my shoulder partially dislocated a few weeks ago. So I took a break and now I want to restart gradually. My shoulder still hurts so I want to avoid Bench Presses and anything too stressfull on the shoulder. I figure I can work out my legs and do the back and biceps workouts. I want to concentrate on the upper body and switch to legs every two weeks until my shoulder fully heals and then I come back back on the Program. If I were to do the Workouts for Back and Biceps over 2 days in the same week ( for example do pull-ups, barbell rows and whatever else back on one day then come back a few days later and do all bicep workouts), how much rest time should I take between? I've been out for a while and feel like I am missing out on so much so I really need to get back to gym and do at least something while my shoiulder full heals. Your help is appreciated. Thanks ! |
