Sore back after squats. Am I doing something wrong? Hey all,
Sometimes after I do my squats my lower back gets sore. And when I move on to stiffleg-deadlifts I cant lift as much. Is the back being a lil sore after a heavy squat session normal? Am I doing something wrong during my squats?
I'm about 5'11". about 150Lbs. My last leg session I was squating 170 for 3 reps on the 4th set @ the 1/0/1 tempo. For my build is this too much weight for me and is this the reason my back is getting sore?
