Credits: 826 | Recently I changed jobs and now can only train before starting work in the morning so like 7am in the morning (start work usually around 9am) Now I can get meal 1 first this in the morning but meal 2, not sure how this will work. Eating before going work meaning I will need to eat at gym because gym is about 40 minutes from home and 45 minutes from work. I have only ever trained in evenings and thats ok but how do you manage early trainings? |
