Credits: 6,575 | This has probably been asked before, though I can't seem to find it in the forum archives. Normally, I work out Mon, Wed and Fri and follow the program exactly. I've made great gains on it but am curious to know what would happen if I did shorter workouts. Say...20 to 30 min, five times a week. I wouldn't be adding or taking away any exercises, just splitting them up among five days instead of three. I don't see it helping anything per se...but is it going to diminish my gains at all? |
