Preventing sickness Hey guys
i was just wondering, what measures can i take to prevent me from getting sick? i'm starting to get a cold again after only just recovering from one two weeks ago. It's frustrating as hell. I've been taking my echinecia, zinc and vitamin c as soon as the symptons come on but it doesn't seem to do much. In these last couple of weeks coming into my 2 week break i've been feeling pretty tired and run down. Seems like my immune system is shot. I know heavy weights puts a strain on the immune system during the workout but i thought it was beneficial in the long run?
Anyways, any tips or pointers to help keep the immunity up to speed during the program would be great, cheers |
