On and Off the Program hello everyone,
Well I guess I've been holding back to ask this question but here it is.
Honestly I can never stay on the program for more than 3 weeks straight. For my job I have to travel a lot. basically every 2-3 weeks I have to go out of state for buisness for an entire week, which makes it impossible for me to follow the diet and workout. Not like I have a choice in the matter but would that be fine to be on and off? What do you suggest?
Also when I stop for that 1 week and start back up, what calorie amount would I have to start again with?
