How bad is it..... Hello everyone.
1) how bad is it to workout a body part that is still sore? I mean I worked out my calves exactly one week ago, tomorrow, and they still hurt. How bad is it if I worked them out tomorrow?
2) How bad is it if I Mistakenly had 60g of protein in 1 sitting (3rd meal of the day)? I just realized that when i adjust my diet for the non-workout days I have a meal that totals to 60g and have been doing it since last week. 7 of those grams are EXTRA to my total intake daily anyways but I would like to know. I will readjust so this doesn't happen again but how bad is it?
3) How bad is it have lots of carbs in the evening? I mean for me I have to take a lot of carbs and I try to get 80%-90% during my first 4 meals which I do, but when should my cutoff point of MASSIVE amounts of carbs stop (by massive I mean above 30g a sitting)? My day starts at 8:30 AM and my 4th meal is around 5:30 PM.
