Default Go back on 10x10?

Hi

I've just recovered after a week and a half of a bad cold. I was at the first week of my 10x10 before I got sick.

Should I pick up where I left off from the 10x10 or do a week of heavy mass training?

Wouldnt it be more ideal to start 10x10 from a peak point?
i.e. when my strengh and size is at the highest point?
