Sore Pecs after Shrugs? :s So during my first shrugs workout yesterday i could kinda feel a bit of a burn in my pecs. At the same time i was still feeling the burn in my traps so i thought i was just imagining it. Today though, my pecs are pretty sore just on the upper outer region, close to the armpit. Weird? my traps are much more sore though. Just wondering, what am i doing during my shrugs that's recruiting the use of my pec muscles?
On another note, i've got my chest workout tomorrow, and, seeing as my pecs are still recovering, do i still work my chest? The soreness is only really on the outer side of my pecs though, not so much the middle. Would i be overtraining if i worked them tmw?
