Default 15-30min nap during the day: anyone tried it?

As we know taking a nap during the day has many benefits especially in aiding recovery. Now I myself have never done this but am considering this and I wanted to know for those of you have done this or still do, how do you do this when you are at work? It must be quite embarrassing and difficult??
