Default Diet Questions

I'm about to post my diet on the program which I am about to start next week. I just have a few questions that I need to ask before I do so.

1) My after workout meal consists of 67g of protein because I recall AE stating that and I quote him "This is the only meal I recommend you seriously gouge yourself". Is 67g of protein in 1 meal too much?

2) I am really busy at work and the only time I can workout is after 6 PM. My after workout meal which consists of 67g protein from question 1) above and 160g carbohydrates, and like 22g fat. Is that bad to have in the evening?

3) Does the last meal of the day HAVE to be whey protein isolate (Precision Protein or whatever)? My plan is having 1 cup of cottage cheese (28g protein, 8g carbs, 8g fat) and 1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil. Is that NOT a good replacement to the whey protein isolate?

Thanks !
