| Silver Member | What would you say 30 common mistakes that 'newbie' bodybuilders make are? Lets all try and come up with a list of 30 common body building mistakes newbies make, I know it is a big number (30) to come up with, but it adds to the challenge ... -They can also be mistakes for fitness and fatloss... (Please contribute to this list by copying and pasting) 1. The are not consistent - they don?t do the program consistently 2. They don?t track their results weight 3. They don?t track their bodyfat measurements 4. They don?t take creatine (I aint sure about this one) 5. They don?t eat enough calories 6. The don?t eat more frequently 7. They don't lift adequate weights 8. They follow wrong advice 9. They don?t get enough sleep 10. They thing too negatively 11. they give up too easily 12. 13. (state more here- to the list, its a challenge) 14. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19. 20. 21. 22. 23. 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. 29. 30. Copy and paste the list, and and add to it, trying to make it bigger |
