Credits: 8 | Hi everyone, I purchased this program over a year ago and just started last Monday. To start off I weigh 145 (morning weight) and I'm 5'11" body fat %9.8. I'm on a 3800 cal high protein Diet. As for a picture, I will submit one when I get home. Now for Supplements Celltech http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...entPage=search Glutamine http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...entPage=family Multivitamin http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...562356.2108478 Yes I know they are all GNC products, but I have a friend that works for GNC and I get some amazing deals. Now for my workout: Session 1 (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) Bench Press Flyes Shoulder Press Lateral Raises Bar Dips Tricep Pulldown Crunches Session 2 (Legs) Squats Leg Extensions Stiff Legged Dead lifts Hamstring Curl Calf Raises Crunches Session 3 (Back, Bicep) Pull Up Wide Grip Bent Over Rows Labar Pulldown Bicep Curls Crunches Anyways After doing one session I am completely Exhausted and I can't push anymore weight, but what is strange is the next day I'm only slightly sore, and the next day it's like I never worked out. I remember when I use to push as hard as I do now and I would be sore for days (at the time I wasn't using Supplements). Is this normal? Or is there something I could change? It just seems "abnormal" to me to be experiencing such things this early in my workout program. Any Input would be highly Appreciated. Thanks, Nathan |
