Credits: -171 | I'm starting to lift quite heavy for my legs now. Last work out I did 245lbs for stiff legged. I could only do one though cause I felt like the weight wasn't held on to very tightly. I'm even using straps right now too. It just doesn't feel secure. I'm finished the first 6 weeks, so I'm going into the 10x10. But how can I get my grip strength up for week 10? |
