Default bent-over rows advice

I can not seem to get my form down right. Everyime i do them i feel like im not doing something right. When i do the lift it feels like im using my arms, forearms, and hams to a degree. My back does feel pretty sore the next day, but this could just be from the pull ups and the 2 sets of chin ups i do.

Some advice on this would be great.
also, This is my weakest lift. compared to bench and squat this is much weaker.
