Credits: 100 | Hey guys, just got off 26 weeks of fatloss today and have my whole plan set up, check this for me please. Meal Plan - 2400 calories on non workout days and 2800 on workoutdays. The plan is verbatum to anthonys book so if you want to check it out just look at your book, Im using the same supplements exactly, and might thrown in a little green tea or GTE. Workout - Same as book My Stats - LBM - 127 BF % - 9.2% Height 5'11 Weight - 139-140 I am going to load creatine 5g 5 times a day 5 days prior to the first week. On my break I am going to eat the stuff on the mass gain (2000-2400 cal) of the good stuff but not work out to get my metabolism back in shape and eat healthy at the same time. On my break ill drink green tea to prevent fat gain and stay to 1 cheat meal a week on break. I think I covered everything. Ive read the book 20 times... and I know what to do. Just please check and make sure I have the right cal. I know anthony says based on 130 lbm you use 2400. But just double checking... Thanks Justin |
