Default Restarting Training

I've decided to get back in the gym and regain my lost physique...despite my current difficult and annoying situation.

I only plan to use protein powder, glutamine, vit C, multi, calcium, flax, and dextrose this time around. Think i'll skip the creatine.

Now i've just joined a new gym that is about 100 metres from work, or i have the option of another that just opened that is about 500 metres. So my options are open at all times in that department. In case you haven't picked up on it yet i plan to workout after work.

Here is where a dilemma comes in and i need some feeback. I work as a casual, so my hours vary...today i may work from 11 to 4, and tomorrow i may work from 12 to 6. Now these hours will obviously mean that it will put my diet out of that 3 hour bracket...and it will also mean i cant train at the same time throughout the week. Also when i only have a 4 hour shift i dont get any breaks so that means i'll have to go 4 hours in between the next meal.

With this amount of fluctuation within the program i can only assume my gains will be affected. I guess the only thing to do is do what i can with the current situation.

If anyone can give me some feedback to best maximise my gains, that would be great as im kind of lost.
