Angry fast answers have quick results

well i got everything done

tomorrow should be my first day of the fat loss program

but i;m kinda not sure about the numbers in front of the meals like:

i'm on the 1800 calories diet sheet and i'm looking at the 1 in front of the soy protein. What is that 1?

is that a full glass or what?

1soy protein - so what does it mean?
1/2 designer protein - same here half of what?

all i need is just some quick answers so i will know what to do for tomorrow
