Default Restarting Training

I've been out of action for about 2 months now, due to a shoulder injury i sustained during my last week before the 2 week break. Since the injury i tried to go back to the gym for a week but the pain got worse so i stopped. After that i returned only to perform shoulder exercises to help strengthen my rotar cuff.

I now feel much better and i am ready to regain all the muscle and weight i lost during this 2 months.

My question is...do i restart training on the same diet i finished off 2 months ago, or do i have to alter it because of my change in weight? (I was on the 3200 calorie diet)
