Whey casien protein, whey protein, MRP. Hey everybody I just recently read that whey casein is the best protein for building muscle and Im thinking about getting some but Im already drinking MPR's and whey protein. I drink MRP's to fill in for some meals I don't have time to eat and I drink whey before and after I workout since it is quickly absored by the stomach and I know that whey casein is not good to drink bofore any drink before any workout because it is not qucikly absored.
Sooo what would be the best way to cram these in to my day oe the best whey to space it out. The only time I drink whey is on my workout day so 3 days a week. |
