Default Fat loss no cooking meal plan

After reading Anthony's book, I noticed there is also a meal plan that involves no cooking. I was wondering how effective this meal plan is compared to other meal plans as this one allows me to fit in and prepare meals into my busy schedule. I also wanted to know, one of the meals says 1 subway roasted chicken breast on white bread, does it mean one 12 inch sub or 6 inch?
